Boston's Next Top Model - Chic Pink Showcase

Boston's Next Top Model Summer Program is a self-esteem and self-care program for girls between the ages of 11-17.

Boston's Next Top Model Summer Program culminates with a celebration. Chic Pink allows the girls to invite family and friends to a runway showcase. This event gives the girls an opportunity to share what they have learned and participate in the planning and execution of the event.

This was an exciting event. It was wonderful to see the girls blossom on the mic with their testimonials as well as on the pink carpet!

At the showcase with Executive Director Nancy Rachel Rousseau. I am honored to be a supporter of this program!

Karate Ka For Peace Summer Camp

Karate Ka for Peace Camp is a wonderful free summer camp established by Hamilton College alumna Tiffany Sanders.

The mission of this camp is to provide a safe and unique enrichment program for adolescents living in high-crime areas throughout the city of Boston as well as to use martial arts as an outlet to begin to discuss peaceful approaches in high-anxiety situations before resulting to physical force. The camp met on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings for two hours from mid-June to the end of July.

The classes, taught by Sensei Anthony Sanders, covered diverse disciplines and fostered a great sense of camaraderie amongst the youth. For more information, contact Sensei Sanders at 857.919.7676 or via email at Karateka.summercamp@gmail.com
